Quinta do Mar is a relatively new urbanisation located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just behind Quinta das Salinas. It is an exclusive area – close to everything yet very quiet – has fantastic beach access and is within walking distance to the lake at Quinta do Lago.

Quinta do Mar can be classified as a mini resort.

There is no reception area, but there is 24 hour security and some communal sports facilities. Quinta do Mar is also close to all the local facilities that the neighbouring resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo have to offer.

For keen golfers there is a wide array of championship golf courses within easy reach and with two courses in Vale do Lobo, four in and around Quinta do Lago and many more nearby in towns like Vilamoura, you will be spoilt for choice. Visitors to Quinta do Mar can also benefit from the host of other activities available in close proximity to the resort with spas, restaurants, tennis, shopping and much more.

There are 39 standalone villas – four on double plots with guest houses and a small block of 14 luxury apartments with communal pool.
